Information to Include

When requesting assistance, provide:

• SDK version from your package.json
• Environment (Testnet or Mainnet)
• Asset type (BTC.b, LBTC, or both)
• Chain/network details
• Action being performed
• Error messages with codes
• Steps to reproduce
• Wallet application type
• Code samples (relevant snippets)
• Transaction hashes for failed transactions

The more context you provide upfront, the faster we can identify and resolve the issue.
