Lombard DeFi Vault: Depositing & Withdrawing

This section explains the process of depositing and withdrawing assets into the Lombard DeFi Vault. The vault allows users to deposit LBTC, wBTC or cbBTC to earn yield via automated deployment in various DeFi strategies.

Step-by-Step Guide

Depositing into the Lombard DeFi Vault

Step 1: Access the Deposit Module

After connecting your wallet, select the Deposit button on the DeFi Vault in page in the dApp.

Step 2: Select Token and Amount

From the dropdown menu, you can select either LBTC, wBTC or cbBTC to deposit. The corresponding balance will appear in the upper right-hand corner. Enter the amount you wish to deposit or select max.

Step 3: Approve and Confirm the Deposit

After having carefully read the cautionary note in amber, and reviewed the amount to deposit into the Lombard DeFi Vault, press Deposit.

Step 4: Deposit in Progress

After confirming the transaction in your wallet, you will see a “Deposit in progress” screen. This indicates that your deposit is being processed on the blockchain.

Follow your wallet's instructions for how to import/add tokens to view your LBTCv balance using the Lombard DeFi Vault address: 0x5401b8620E5FB570064CA9114fd1e135fd77D57c .

Withdrawing from the Lombard DeFi Vault

Step 1: Access the Withdraw Module

After connecting your wallet, select the Deposit button on the DeFi Vault in page in the dApp.

Step 2: Select Token & Amount

From the dropdown menu, enter the amount of LBTCv—the liquid pool (LP) token issued after depositing in the Lombard DeFi Vault—you wish to withdraw or select max.

Step 3: Approve and Confirm the Deposit

After having carefully read the cautionary note in amber, the withdrawal fee, withdrawal time, and reviewed the amount to withdraw into the Lombard DeFi Vault, press Withdraw.

Step 4: Withdrawal in Progress

After confirmation, you will see a “Withdraw in progress” message. Select Go to Vault Dashboard to see an overview of your current withdrawals.
