Note: to deposit into the Lombard DeFi Vault, your wallet must already be connected. Check out steps 1–3 on the Staking BTC page to see how this is done.

Step 2: Initiate Deposit

To begin depositing, click the “Deposit” button.

Step 3: Choose Token to Deposit

From the dropdown menu, select the token you wish to deposit.

Step 4: Enter the Amount

Enter the amount of LBTC or WBTC you wish to deposit into the Lombard DeFi Vault. Once you've entered the amount, click the “Approve LBTC & Send” button.

Step 5: Approve and Confirm the Deposit

A confirmation request from your connected wallet will then appear. Review the details in your wallet, including the amount to be deposited, and the gas fees associated with the transaction.

Ensure that your wallet is still connected to the Ethereum mainnet, then click “Confirm” in your wallet to finalize the deposit.

Step 6: Deposit in Progress

After confirming the transaction in your wallet, you will see a “Deposit in progress” screen. This indicates that your deposit is being processed on the blockchain.

You can click the “Go to dashboard” button to return to the main dashboard page, where your Lombard DeFi Vault balance (represented as “LBTCv”) will be updated once the transaction is confirmed.

Follow your wallet's instructions for how to import/add tokens to view your LBTCv balance using the Lombard DeFi Vault address: 0x5401b8620E5FB570064CA9114fd1e135fd77D57c .
